Halmar’s West Coast Office is set to begin work on the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge

The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (the District) has awarded Halmar International (Halmar) the Golden Gate Suspension Bridge Seismic Retrofit Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) Preconstruction Services Project (the Project).

The District owns, operates, and maintains the unique bridge between San Francisco and Marin County in California. As the CMGC, Halmar will provide preconstruction consulting services related to various aspects of the Project, including development of construction access plans, detailed scheduling, and working with the District and its Design Team to finalize construction plans and specifications.
