ENR 2023 Year in Construction Photo Contest

Halmar is excited to announce that one of our project photos has been selected as a winner for Engineering
News-Record’s (ENR) best photography in construction annual contest. The winning photograph was captured during the Halmar team’s remarkable execution of an intense “super weekend #1” on the Van Wyck Expressway Capacity and Access Improvement to JFK Airport – Contract 2, in Queens, NY.

ENR selected our photograph out of 1,200 entries, we are honored to showcase our work among the 42 winners and 8 honorable mentions.

2023 was a big year at Halmar, multiple ongoing projects and lots of big milestones! For this contest, we submitted a wide variety of images that demand an honorable mention – we’ll let you decided which one is your favorite!
