LIRR Third Track receives AGC NYS Award

We are excited to share some fantastic news – the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) 3rd Track project has been recognized with the prestigious 2023 AGC NYS Excellence in Partnering Award. This monumental $1.8 billion initiative, with Halmar as a joint venture member alongside Dragados USA, Inc., Picone, and CCA CIVIL, INC., promises to significantly reduce congestion, modernize stations, enhance ADA accessibility, and eliminate street-level grade crossings.
